The bed and breakfast had excellent facilities and was easy to find. the hosts were friendly and made our stay delightful. the rooms and beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. We will definitely stay here again.

The hotel had marvellous and unbeatable location just off train stations, the Lake District and the airport. It also was in a lovely quiet residential area.

There were a kettle, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a dining area in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that. We got a bath too. Location: the hotel was close to train stations, Birmingham, and the Lake District.

The room was clean, bright, and tidy. Friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast with a full choice of menu. Convenient location for NEC and central Birmingham. Parking available on site. Great transport links.

The hotel was in an absolutely perfect and magnificent position next to train stations, the Lake District and the airport. The room was brand-new and extremely spacious and offered a tub and a shower, so that guests had essentials.

I stayed at Gayton B&B for my visit to the NEC and had a wonderful experience. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. They were knowledgeable about the area and gave great suggestions for things to do. The rooms were tidy, comfy, and had a peaceful view. The breakfast was delicious and gave me a great start to my day. The location was perfect for accessing surrounding areas. I will definitely use this B&B again if I am in the area. The rooms are quite spacious, and the bathroom is spotless! the breakfast was delicious and the hosts were knowledgeable about the area. the hotel's location is ideal as it is within walking distance of the train station and is in close proximity to the NEC.

John and Kim were super helpful and accommodating, quick to respond and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean, bathroom new and convenient with sinks in all rooms. EXCELLENT location near train station, delicious breakfast, and welcoming hosts.

We had an enjoyable stay in a comfortable room with a new shared bathroom. Our friendly hosts made us feel at home and offered great ideas for exploring the area. The breakfast provided was delicious and plentiful, complete with tea and coffee. The location was perfect for accessing surrounding areas, with a short walk to the train station and easy access to the NEC.

The chair in the room could have been more comfortable.

As bike riders, we found the hosts at Gayton Bed & Breakfast incredibly helpful and accommodating. They provided secure bike storage and even offered suggestions for cycling routes in the area.

We felt very cared for, no complaints.
